Andy Ballard and Aaron Gleason met on a carpentry job in late 2016. It was clear even then that they shared similar values and a respect for high quality work. After several projects together, in 2021, Bristlecone Building was formed. We chose this name to embody a company deeply rooted in building lasting relationships through timeless design and enduring craftsmanship. In late 2023, after several years of building a professional and personal relationship, we added Derek Goulette and his expertise in high end custom tile installation and business management to the team.
